Track your order

1. First, try tracking your package via the USPS tracking website

2. Enter Your Tracking Code, provided in the Shipping Confirmation Email we sent you.

3. Click the “Track” Button

4. If this doesn't work, either your order has not shipped yet, or it may have been shipped via a different company. If this is the case, repeat steps 2 and 3 on this website.


Things to Keep in Mind:

Order Numbers don’t instantly update with available Delivery Status. If your tracking number entered shows that it is currently unavailable, do not be alarmed – Your order has been shipped and is in transit to your local post office, and the tracking site should update within a few days. Depending on the destination to which the item is being shipped, your order may take up to 2-3 weeks to be delivered (this is rarely the case). Please make sure to contact us with any concerns,
